Jillian Isbister
At 20, Jillian is already one of the most popular young performers in her native islands of Shetland. She loves travelling and entertaining audiences with her tremendous singing ability. She has supported celebrated artists such as Phil Cunningham, Aly Bain and Eddi Reader. By day, she can be found working for a leisure centre in Lerwick, Shetland. Jillian was chosend when the producers carried out auditions looking for outstanding Scottish singers, and is thrilled to be taking part in Highland Heartbeat. One of Jillian’s songs ‘Bridge over Troubled Water’ was filmed at the breathtaking Eilean Donan Castle in the western highlands of Scotland
